4 for 3 Promotion in Ballina & Roscommon 2021

Promoter: Advance Tyre Company Limited t/a Modern Tyres

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

1. Promotion open to retail customers, resident in the Republic of Ireland aged 17 years+. Employees and the immediate families of the
Promoter, retailer, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are not eligible to enter this promotion.

2. Purchase 4 car, van or 4×4 tyres in a single transaction between 1stMarch and 20201 and 30thApril 2021at either Modern Tyres Ballina or Modern Tyres Roscommon branches.

3. The offer: Purchase 4 of the tyres and pay for 3 tyres but fitting charges must be paid on all 4 tyres that must be fitted in either of these branches.

4. Customers should note that a range of tyre brands are included in the promotion – Modern Tyres, Barum, General, Semperit, Sportiva & Ovation. Modern Tyres are NOT included in the promotion.

5. The promotion will expire on 30/04/2021 unless extended by Modern Tyres in the interim period.

6. No other Modern Tyres branches are included in this promotion.

7. No cash or other gift alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

8. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants and will notify the customers by placing a notice on the web news section of the company website.

9. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

10. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on the laws of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.)
