3. Customers must purchase and complete a FULL car service in any Modern Tyresbranch during the promotional period

4. Service prices for all vehicles are available online at www.moderntyres.sbx.perpetual.team and the cost shown on the website covers standard oil and filters being used (5W30 or 10W40 oil) and that surcharges will apply to non-standard fitment.

5. Customers should check with the local branch to see if their vehicle is likely to carry a surcharge before booking in for a service

6. Modern Tyresreserve the right to cancel the offer by advising customers giving one week’s notice through their website news section www.moderntyres.sbx.perpetual.team

7. The offer applies to all 30 Modern Tyresbranches nationwide.

8. The Offer expiry date may vary and will be advised by Modern Tyres, but the Modern Tyresmovies promotional campaign currently expires 30/03/2022

9. Customers should contact their nominated Modern Tyresbranch at least 3 days before their required service date to make sure that the branch have capacity to carry out the service

10. No cash alternative or other reward is available instead of the €20 discount voucher

11. Full R.R.P. must be paid on the Full car service to qualify for the €20.00 discount

12. The FREE Modern Tyressanitisation is only available on a FULL car service. Customers can purchase this facility directly from a branch for €29.95 but booking is advisable in advance to minimise customer wait times

*Terms and Conditions – Modern Tyres Movies – Modern Tyres/Modern Tyres promotion

1. Promotion open to retail customers, resident in the Republic of Ireland.

2. Purchase required: minimum of 1 Modern Tyres branded car, van or 4×4 tyres in a single transaction between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 at any Modern Tyres (Modern Tyres) branch nationwide qualify.

3. The Offer : A discount of 10% off the RRP of any Modern Tyres tyre purchased using the voucher in branch.

4. No cash or other gift alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

5. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of discount, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a gift or withdraw gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants and will notify the customers by placing a notice on the web news section of the company website (www.moderntyres.sbx.perpetual.team)

8. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

9. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

10. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on the laws of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion).

12. The customer must pay for a minimum of 1 Modern Tyres branded tyre(s) at time of purchase and no refunds are allowed or else the entry will be deemed to be invalid.

13. The promotion only applies to Modern Tyres branded tyres and not any other brand that may be supplied or produced by Modern Tyres AG or sold by Modern Tyresin any branch.

14. The promotion will currently cease on 30/12/2021

15. The voucher can be used for both a service and a tyre discount on one vehicle. .

16. The customer must pay for the remaining value directly with the branch on the day of the service or tyre purchase – no credit is allowed.
